To Gmail or Mail?

So here’s another techie dilemma non-problem I’ve been having recently: to use the Gmail interface or to not. I’ve been using Mail.app forever and there’s nothing really wrong with it… I just realize that the Gmail interface is better (labels and filters could probably simplify my life a bit). The nice thing about Mail, though, is instant e-mail notifications and support for multiple accounts (since I still use an older, non-forwarding account for things like newsletters and receipts). Having all of my mail downloaded so it’s searchable online is also a plus. IDEAS?
